Two stars Michelin Chef, Chef Nagaya from Hongkong will be bringing the best of Japanese cuisine to the table. Set out over the cliff-edge with the hues of sunset as backdrop, award-winning Ju-Ma-Na Restaurant invites connoisseurs of fine dining to join this exquisite event.

Over the three evenings, Chef Nagaya will be presenting Momentary Winter Wind in five parts. The opening scene is Golden Ratio~1:1.618 followed by Inheritance of Food Culture, Reminiscence, Aesthetic Sense and ending with Flavour of Happiness as the Universal Language. Open to all, the set dinner is priced at IDR 1.300.000++/ person for three courses and IDR 1.875.000++/person per person for five courses.

Born in Japan, Chef Nagaya’s culinary skills was groomed as he worked at numerous Michelin-starred Japanese restaurants based in Japan and France. He was swiftly promoted to Head Chef at two Michelin star L’Effervescence –the 12th best restaurant in Asia – which serves Japanese-influenced French food. . Chef Nagaya shared that his tenure at the world-renowned Narisawa – ranked #18 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2017 and consistently ranked in the top 20 – has been his a great milestone in his career inspiring him to continue reaching greater heights.
