A Milestone 5th Year For Burlamacco Ristorante with More Delicious Experiences For Diners
Five years ago, Burlamacco Ristorante opened its doors to excite diners with the rich and colourful flavours of Tuscany, Owner and Chef Gabriele Piegaia’s home in Italy. Now, having celebrated its auspicious 5th birthday, diners can look forward to refreshed experiences through some refurbishments to the restaurant in the coming months, weekend indulgences and more delicious additions to Chef Gabriele’s vibrant repertoire of dishes.
While the restaurant’s bestselling favourites Hand-chopped Tuna Tartare and Linguine with Boston Lobster Tail are still available, highly recommended highlights include Balsamic Grilled Octopus, Cacciucco Traditional Tuscan Seafood Stew, Herbed Crusted Lamb Rack with Pumpkin in Black Truffle Sauce. With desserts also being a favourite among Burlamacco’s diners, the ‘Crostata’ Oven-Baked Dark Chocolate Tart, ‘Pavlova’ Meringue and selection of home-made gelatos are not to be missed.

With a three-course lunch set menu ($35++ per person) that changes every two weeks based on Chef Gabriele’s hand-picked selection of fresh produce, everyone is assured of an outstanding dining experience.
The restaurant also serves gluten-free pasta and Chef Gabriele is always happy to accommodate various dietary requirements on request.
