Evolution Restaurant and Bar is revamping faster than ever with the introduction of its new menu and new Chef de Cuisine. Located at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan, the 270-degree Bayview restaurant offers rich and authentic Indonesian cuisines with a relaxing atmosphere for the connoisseurs. Blowing fresh breath to the area of South Bali where epic adventures and breath-taking scenes are just minutes away.
Introducing the newly-joint Chef de Cuisine, Chef Rikki Prianto – a natural and experienced cook from East Java, refreshing addition to the team of Chef Rio Abednego, the Executive Chef of Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan. Chef Rikki is responsible for overseeing Evolution Restaurant and Banquet while safeguarding the quality standard where the sensuous delight is the pinnacle.
Presented on the venue, leisurely epicure will find an array of new local-taste menu carefully selected from all over the archipelago. Ranging from the mouth-watering Tahu Gejrot (West Java) – crispy fried tofu in sweet-spicy sauce, or Rujak Jeruk (Bali) – a mix of fresh local pomelo, star fruit, and young mango spoiled in palm sugar tamarind dressing; to Sate Padang Pariaman (West Sumatra) – skewer of tender beef and beef tongue spoiled in a rich curry sauce or Pallu Mara (South Sulawesi) – savory tilapia fish boiled in richly spices soup of candle nut, shallot, belimbing wuluh, and chili. Not to forget the favorite side dish Sayur Kalumpe from Central Kalimantan among all 35 other new menus.
While the chosen new dishes are inspired by years of discovery journey and ancient recipes, it is believed that sharing is the best way to experience Indonesian cuisine. All menu comes with choices of rice, signature sambal, and kerupuk. Strategically located on the hill of Ungasan, the all-day-dining restaurant also caters to group booking, gathering, and social events. With choices of indoor and outdoor seating, able to accommodate up to 250 guests at the same time, while following the new era life order protocol set by the local authority. Given that Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan has been verified with Certification of New Era Life Order by Tourism Office of Badung Regency officials.
