The pandemic of Covid 19 is still happens. But like any other pandemic before this too shall pass. Being fit and healthy is the only way to survive this pandemic, and workout is one of the ways to strengthen your immune system.
F45 would like to give reward to their members loyalty during the pandemic and held a “Hollywood by the ocean” event at the Lawn Canggu last Saturday, November 14h, 2020.
Hollywood session is a 60 minutes of high intensity interval circuits around 27 stations that will put your strength, core stability and cardiovascular endurance under the brightest of spotlights.
This outdoor class is limited to 54 participants and all conducted in line with the latest state government guidelines.
Before attending, participants are asked to clean their hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub, and to follow social distancing guidelines at the class.
In each station participant will spend 40 seconds and after the whistle blown they need to move to next station within 20 seconds. The participant needs to sanitize the equipment before they move to next station.
