Four-Hands, Starred Dinner in Tuscany with Chefs Cimino and Bowerman

Dama Dama Restaurant in Porto Ercole, southern Tuscany, is about to host another exclusive Michelin-starred evening.

Host Chef Mario Cimino welcomes Cristina Bowerman, the only woman chef to be awarded a Michelin Star in 2010. The appointment is for Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 8:30pm.

An evening characterized by amazing flavors created with the experience, culture, flare, passion and professionalism of the Chefs.

This is the third event of the delightful circuit called “The Stars shine at Argentario” launched by Chef Mario Cimino. The first was a four-hands dinner with Chef Gaetano Trovato of Ristorante Arnolfo (2 Michelin stars) in August, while the second was a six-hands dinner with the Serva Brothers of La Trota (2 Michelin stars) in September.

Here is the menu of the Cimino-Bowerman starred dinner with six courses and wines included.

The Location

At the Dama Dama Restaurant, Executive Chef Mario Cimino proposes based on the flavors and the colors of the local territory – called Maremma – in southern Tuscany. Dishes are prepared using genuine products that come from small, carefully selected local farms and, in some periods of the year, these ingredients come directly from the restaurant’s own vegetable garden and orchard.

In addition to the classic Mediterranean cuisine, the Chef also proposes the innovative cuisine of the Wellbeing Method conceived by biologist and nutritionist Luca Naitana. It promotes a new concept of wellness centered on reaching a balanced and healthy physical and mental state. The Mediterranean-type diet favors fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, white meat and fresh fish.
The design restaurant is an ironic and contemporary vision of an elegant mountain retreat, with designer hunting trophies and the natural fabrics, where guests can dine in a cozy boudoir or by candlelight. From spring until late autumn, guests can also enjoy their meals on the panoramic terrace overlooking the green landscape of the Argentario.
