Gracie Kelly’s Irish Pub at Bali Dynasty Resort. Relocating to a Bigger and Better Street-Front Venue

Gracie Kelly’s Irish Pub at Bali Dynasty Resort is in the midst of relocating to a more spacious street-front venue in the vibrant heart of South Kuta. This new-look restaurant facility will be launched to coincide with Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations on 17th March 2019.

Externally, the new site has been inspired by a classic Irish tower complete with a distinctive steeple and large ornate windows. However, exposed red brickwork and semi-industrial elements give the building a more contemporary edge. This eye-catching design concept still manages to respect Bali by utilizing locally sourced materials.

Although now much larger in size, Gracie Kelly’s Irish Pub will retain many of the quirky features and decorative accents that have appealed to guests over the years. It will be a multi-storey venue with an outdoor terrace, extended bar and wood-panelled stage. With a stone fireplace in one corner and parlour seating nooks to recreate the ambience of an authentic Irish pub, people can come to eat, drink and be entertained by live music in air-conditioned comfort.

A mezzanine-styled second floor will be accessible via an elaborate staircase or a modern lift fitted with a vintage accordion gate. This upper area will entertain guests with pool tables, electronic darts and other fun pub activities. It will be supported by a smaller bar and a wrap-around counter that looks down over a wrought-iron railing onto the stage below.

In terms of wining and dining, Gracie Kelly’s will continue its wholesome Irish menu alongside international food options. Signature dishes will still be Beef & Guinness Pie, Mammy Kelly’s Fish & Chips, and Bangers & Mash. As breakfast is just about everyone’s favourite meal, a complete menu will be available throughout the day until late.

From the bar, guests will have all their needs covered with a comprehensive beverage list ranging from fresh juices to selected wines and top-shelf spirits. A variety of different beers will be served on tap including Guinness, Kilkenny and Bintang. Other popular beer brands will be sold by the bottle from an innovative ice counter.

The bigger and better Gracie Kelly’s is expected to become a social hub for Bali Dynasty guests and outside visitors alike. It will offer a weekly schedule of various activities including live bands, DJ music, a juke box and the resort’s famous charity quiz night. There will also be a big screen where crowds can gather to watch live sporting events from all around the world.

Gracie Kelly’s resident pair of leprechauns will continue to have a starring role at the new venue. Always a hit with the children, these pint-sized icons will get everyone into the party mood with their playful antics and crazy dance moves. Another fun gimmick will be a customised Gracie Kelly’s vehicle where guests can enjoy escorted rides from the lobby down to the main street.

After its official launch, Gracie Kelly’s Irish Pub at Bali Dynasty Resort will have 187 seats spread over two levels and a front terrace. An additional roof top environment will be available for private events with an open-air space to accommodate up to 90 people for a standing party. Opening hours will be from 8.00am until late every day of the week.
