Plaga Wine is excited to announce the launch of Cabernet Merlot. Coming from the concept “Wee Love Blend”; and afterseveral months aging, searching and experimenting, ourdedicated winemakers could finally come up with the perfect bloend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Made from fresh juice of Merlot (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) from Chile (Central Valley), this blend will surprise any palate. The blending of these two wine in a bottle, it will make you experience blackberry, blackcurrant and cassis aromas and flavors in a generous palate. The powerful blend is enriched with different degrees of toasted French and American Oak, hence you will sense a cedar note and a hint of vanilla-coconut.
The fruit and the wood are perfectly balanced; delivering a gentle taste, easy to understand and enjoy. Not surprisingly, it’s perfect to pair with red meats and pastas.
