Padi Fine Dining Open for Lunch
Padi Fine Dining,a landmark of Bali pescatarian gastronomy is finally open for lunch starting on 20 December 2018. Padi create a contemporary cuisine and blending the finest local produces into exciting new flavors, colors and textures. Feel the different atmosphere of tropical ambiance that will blow your mind, beautiful harmony between a song from the river and gentle breeze of lush jungle are awaiting to discover during the day time.
The guest will have a sophisticated choice of three and five -course vegetarian and pescovegetarian dishes featuring wine pairing as at dinner, showcased Chef Dedi’s amazing skill and passion of his art. The one that can’t be missed are Butter Poached “Bay Rock Lobster” ; beautifully fresh-cooked lobster served with potato, cauliflower, agnolotti, chardonnay uni emulsion, Crusted “Day Caught Snapper” with five spices, and asparagus cream. Bring non-meat dishes into the next level with the most appetising Cauliflower Risotto with caramelized cauliflower, pickled onion, mushroom powder and Smoked Aubergine with hoisin, rice skin and onion soubise.
As a cherry on top, the guest will amaze by Chef’s table that shown a live cooking and watch every step of their dishes being prepare. An experience that every guest would love to enjoy while waiting their fancy food coming. This hidden gem is a great place to celebrate your intimate romantic dinner, private wedding and anniversary. With only 30 seats capacity, Padi Fine Dining offer daily lunch from 12 pm to 3 pm and dinner from 6 pm – 11 pm.
