The appetiser of lobster and mango is followed by pan-fried duck foie gras with caviar. The main course promises a tempting choice of turbot, the “King of Fish”, served with organic mussels and a crispy oyster, or prime black Angus beef tenderloin with truffle arancini. This lavish menu ends with a platter of premium cheeses and a divine pink pepper chocolate dessert.
