in January 2018, Vocal Master Class hosted by shoemakermusic invited Seth Riggs and Margareta Svensson to held a class in Royal Tulip Saranam Resort & Spa. Seth Riggs has trained many influential singers who have shaped music history, like Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Barbra Streisand, Michael Bolton, and many more. Seth Riggs has held the masterclass with his wife Margareta Svensson Riggs, a singer, pianist, actress, and songwriter, who has worked and performed in the US and in Europe.
In his class, Seth Riggs and wife shared their knowledge and experience, from working with some of the world’s famous singers on how to manage the demands of singing at the highest standards. The topics included how to sing with the Speech Level Singing (SLS) technique, how to minimize strain on the voice, English diction and articulation and more.
The class lasted for three days and was followed by several famous singers some of whom are Andien and Marcell Siahaan from Indonesia, Sheila Majid and Anuar Zain from Malaysia as well as Sam Branson ( son of Sir Richard Branson ). This is not the first time Mr. Riggs and wife held the event at Royal Tulip Saranam Resort & Spa, according to the host, they chose Royal Tulip Saranam Resort & Spa because of the environment, since the hotel has a beautiful scenery and retreat feeling, it is perfect to be a home for artists who want to focus on their passion and enhancing their skills.
