17 July 2018 SereS Springs Resort Spa & is officially designated as a five-star hotel, characterized by a handover certificate of five-star hotels of Tourism Business certification agencies – PT QIS Certi Indonesia. The event was attended by the party LSUP Indonesia Mr. Certi QIS PT Putu Tirta Yasa, along with all ranks of management and employees. Acceptance certificate of five-star hotels was done directly by Mr. Putu Tirta Yasa as representative of PT LSUP Indonesia Certi QIS to Mr. I Nyoman Prabawa, Director of Operations General Manager SereS & Springs Resort Spa & Singakerta.
The Audit process itself was done on May 2-4 date of 2018, with satisfactory results, because SereS Springs Resort Spa Singakerta & obtained total value amounting to 983, exceeds the default value are required to get a five star predicates i.e. 936.
The audit covers the physical aspects of the whole hotel, management and operations, including the certificate of competence of labour as well as the completeness of the required licenses. In terms of completeness permitting and labor competencies, SereS Springs Resort Spa Ubud Singakerta & already meet the required criteria, namely 50% of the total number of employees are already getting a certificate of competence of the profession/labor. Seres Springs Resort Spa & Singakerta became one of the hotels in Gianyar area who already have a certificate be eligible Building Function, as one absolute requirement to obtain Certification of appropriate legal regulations-star Hotel that applies This now.
Located in Singakerta village, right in the south of Ubud, this resort has 60 rooms and 20 villas which are completed with various facilities, such as LED TV with local and international TV channels, working desks, small refrigerators, tea and coffee maker, and bathrooms with modern tools and shower.
Outside the room, this hotel has some interesting entertainment facilities, including restaurant, lounge and bar, pool with a stunning view overlooking the valley and stream, free, fast Wi-Fi, SereS Spa Sanctuary, Yoga Pavilion, Wedding Pavilion, and kids club.
All-day dining is available at Mulberry Place that provides various dishes, and Bell’ Aria Italia restaurant with the characteristic pizza oven made of brick and firewood. This resort also offers Lounge & Bar with music entertainment at Café DarSini which is located near the main lobby.
Moreover, SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakarta also has three meeting rooms, namely Tampak Siring Ballrom with the vast pre-function and has the capacity of 450 persons, Saraswati Ballroom with the capacity of 150 persons, and Singakarta Boardroom, the meeting room which is specially designed for small meetings, for 24 persons as the maximum.
