Known for its subtle taste and delicate cooking methods, Hangzhou cuisine boasts delightful fish and seafood creations. The Laguna Bali will delight food connoiseurs with this amazing cuisine in a Chinese dining experience by Guest Chef Coman Qiu, Executive Chef of The Azure Xiantang, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hangzhou.

Chef Coman Qiu will present the true essence of Hangzhou through traditional dishes such as Roasted Beef Short Ribeye, Braised Pork Belly, Stir-fried Scallop with Asparagus and more. Enjoy China’s best kept culinary secret while spending the evening at the lagoon-surrounded restaurant.


Taste of Hangzhou will complement the extensive Banyubiru Restaurant buffet dinner, priced at IDR 480,000++ per person. This culinary affair is offered to hotel guests and non-hotel visitors.
