Located at the hotel’s Lobby with stunning views of Indian Ocean, Shiki Japanese Restaurant offers an authentic Japanese Teppanyaki experience with live theatrical cooking show performed by Shiki’s talented Teppan Chef. Get your senses awaken by the time the food hit the iron pan and sizzle away, and the flavours are released into the air to increase the appetite. This mouthwatering set menu features selection of main dish from a whole lobster, beef sirloin, assorted seafood or chicken accompanied with three kinds of sauce to give different experience in every bite. All comes with appetizer, fresh salad, sauted vegetable, garlic fried rice, miso soup and sliced fruits.
Throughout the month of May to June, guests enjoy complimentary of one hour free flow drink for every order of Teppanyaki set menu dinner. During lunch, one hour free flow drink is also available for order of Shiki Lunch Set from the a la carte menu.

Teppanyaki Set Dinner is priced from IDR 320.000 net per person, while Skewer from Teppanyaki set menu is priced from IDR 150.000 net per person and available from Monday to Saturday from 05.00 PM to 11.00 PM. Free flow drink options include Japanese green tea, mineral water and soft drinks for one hour after first drink order.
Shiki Japanese Restaurant is located at Hilton Bali Resort, Jalan Raya Nusa Dua Selatan, Bali, Indonesia. The restaurant is open for lunch every Monday to Saturday from 11.00 AM to 13.00 PM and dinner from 05.00 PM to 11.00 PM. Every Sunday, the restaurant serves Japanese Sunday Brunch from 11.00 AM to 03.00 PM and Japanese Buffet Dinner from 05.00 PM to 11.00 PM.
