For two days only, TENKAI Japanese Nikkei Restaurant presents a special Izakaya Night as its first thematic dinner in 2023. The concept was inspired by the Izakaya concept itself, which only opens in the evening, and offers a casual atmosphere for people to unwind with friends and family over light bites and conversation. Nestled within Padma Resort Legian, everyone is in for an absolute night to remember from 25 to 26 March 2023.
Showcasing Peru and Japan’s exquisite flavours and textures, everyone is invited to a culinary journey crafted by the talented Peruvian Chef Sandro Medrano. His expertise in blending traditional Japanese concepts with Nikkei cuisine will tantalise everyone’s taste buds and leave them craving for more.
Be ready to be delighted with an array of infinitely light bites that will be prepared à la minute and served directly to the table. Starting with a tantalising selection of cold appetisers, including the signature Tiradito Sake. Savour the delicate flavours of fresh salmon tataki, expertly combined with sweet chilli tiger’s milk, kecombrang, and topped with crispy sweet potato. Moving on to the hot appetisers, Roasted Bun is a must-try, wrapped in a charcoal bun and filled with the comforting taste of grilled gindara misoyaki, sautéed vegetables, and creamy mayo wasabi inside. The delights do not end there, guests can revel in over fifteen selections of light bites throughout the night. A list of signature drinks is also available by order, including favourites like Spiced Apple Martini and the authentic shochu. To enliven the night, a special DJ performance will provide a lively ambience during dinner.
