THE ISLAND’S FIVE CELEBRATED CHEFS UNICEF CHARITY DINNER AT THE LAGUNA, A LUXURY COLLECTION RESORT & SPA, BALI

In 2016, the UNICEF Check Out for Children initiative across Asia Pacific raised over $8 million to improve the lives of more than 2.7 million children. As part of Marriott International and the resort’s commitment to support under privileged children throughout the Asia Pacific, on November 24, 2017, The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa invites you to a celebrated culinary affair to dine, drink and be giving.

With this year’s UNICEF Check out for Children theme “Every Child is Treasured”, the resort’s fundraising initiative involves the culinary mastery of Chef Made Putra, Executive Chef of The Laguna Resort & Spa, joining hands together with four of Bali’s celebrated Chefs.

Be captivated by the creations of Chef Chris Salans, an American-born French chef and restaurateur, Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique and Spice by Chris Salans, Bali, Chef Maurizio Bombini, Italian-born Executive Chef from Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Ubud, and Chef Mandif Warokka, celebrity chef and restauranteur with innovative ventures including Blanco par Mandif, Teatro Gastroteque and Modicum Gastrobar. Also, Chef Vincent Stopin, the talented pâtissier from France and the Pastry Chef from The St. Regis Bali Resort will contribute his excellence. These five influential chefs are in unison to cultivate a rare dining experience, each bringing diverse expertise and flavors poured into a harmonious five-course dinner menu and lusciously paired with five exquisite Duval-Leroy Champagnes curated by Chief Sommelier of The St. Regis Bali Resort, Harald Wiesmann

At our enchanting seaside venue, Arwana Restaurant, guests will be led to an immersive dining experience featuring rustic foie gras, cauliflower with ricotta and caviar, Cod fish ravioli, lemongrass poached Salmon with Bali rock Lobster tail and will delight in Valrhona opalys coconut mousse for a sweet ending to the night. To enliven the evening, rounds of raffle prizes will be drawn for a cause offering a bevy of spectacular prizes while a live saxophone player and DJ serenade the night away.
