· Mezcal Masterclass with Luis Rodriguez on 22 March 2017, from the art of cooking with Mezcal to sampling the delicious cuisine, presented by El Mero Mero’s popular Executive Chef Luis Rodriguez. Priced at $68++ per person

· Mucho Mexico Dinner featuring Daniel Ovadia at El Mero Mero on 30 March 2017. Daniel Ovadia is a rising culinary icon in Mexico. An honour like no other, Chef Ovadia has been elected by the Mexican government to represent the country in its bicentennial celebrations in 2010 and received the national award for “Best Mexican Restaurant” in the young restaurant entrepreneur category. A young but real talented chef to best showcase Mexico, too much is never enough. Priced at $188+ per person.

MEDITERRANEAN

Mediterranean Treasure on 23 March 2017, a sumptuous four-course dinner, featuring delectable dishes that truly reflect the Mediterranean flavours at Greek restaurant Alati presented by its talented Executive Chef Ioannis Stefanopoulos. Priced at $210++ per person (with wine pairing).

CANADIAN

Canadian Theme Dinner featuring Quentin Glabus on 28 March 2017. Chef Glabus represents Canadian embassies around the world, serving up the best of Canada. He designed and produced many signature dishes at representational functions. Thus, it is only fitting that he was the supervising head Canadian chef at the Canadian Olympic House in Rio de Janeiro during the Olympics last year. He will be whipping up new culinary creations using Canadian products for a truly Canadian gastronomic experience. Priced at $188+ per person.

UKRAINIAN

Ukraine Evening ft. Iurii Kovryzhenko on 5 April 2017. Iurii Kovryzhenko is a sculptor-miniaturist, ambitious, talented and is a specialist in the Ukrainian ‘Fleur cuisine’ – a cuisine where edible flowers are used. Yurii is also a supporter of the Slow Food philosophy and new technologies in the kitchen. Priced at $288+ per person (with wine pairing).

Cocktail and Dim Sum Pairing at Mitzo on 1 April 2017. Ever wondered how a har gow or char siew bun pairs with cocktails? Embark on an epicurean journey at Mitzo and be surprised with the unique and beautiful blend of flavours. Priced at $60++ per person.

MODERN INDIAN

A Special Evening of Soulful Sufi Songs & Kebabs at Punjab Grill on 8 April 2017, featuring renowned singer Zubair Ilyas and an exquisite menu featuring the restaurant’s signature kebabs presented by Executive Chef Javed Ahmed. The devotional music of the Sufis is regarded as one of the most awe-inspiring art-form and is the perfect accompaniment to exceptional modern Indian cuisine.

Argentine Discovery Masterclass & Lunch with Chef Diego Jacquet on 24 March 2017. Celebrate the rich flavours and cultural excellence of Cocina Argentina with boCHINche’s Chef Patron Diego Jacquet as he takes you through an exclusive lunch masterclass of Argentine classics. · Rougie Gourmet Delights featuring Jarno Eggen at Dolce Vita, Mandarin Oriental Singapore on 31 March 2017. The Dutch culinary maestro of two-Michelin-starred De Groene Lantaarn in Zuidwolde, The Netherlands brings his distinctive creative and technical flair to Singapore in an exceptional 5-course dinner, crafted and harmoniously paired with Champagne Ruinart. Priced at $288++ per person.

HUNGARIAN

Culinary Masterclass & Luncheon ft. Bíró Lajos at Miele Gallery on 5 April 2017. Bringing “modern Hungarian” to the plate and giving birth to this concept, Bíró Lajos takes on Hungarian classics with a modern twist. Here, he will showcase his techniques with signature dishes that brought this concept to life in Budapest and is now a trend in the Hungarian dining scene. Priced at $128++ per person.
