Farmer connect and Farm to Table experiences – Starting August, Kiroro will be offering various farm produce directly from Akaigawa village as well for guests to purchase as souvenirs from their visit. Chefs of Kiroro will also be using this fresh local produce in their dishes.
OcciGabi Winemaker’s Dinner on 5th and 20th September and 10th and 24th October – Winemaker Kichiro Ochi joins with Kiroro’s Executive Sous Chef Joshua Seeds on Farm to Plate tasting menus and Japanese Chef Takanashi with a variety of Japanese delicacies featuring OcciGabi wines and with top quality local produce and meats, live from the Asian Kitchen in Kiroro Town. Enhanced In-Room Dining – After a day outdoors, enjoy the privacy of In-Room dining at both the Sheraton Hokkaido and Tribute Portfolio hotels.
