Dara, which means ‘star’ in Thai, honors Thailand’s culinary heritage and seafaring history. The Sky Observatory’s Ash dome deck provides an intimate stargazing experience. Dara’s menu features regional Thai dishes like Moohong Phuket and Khao Soi curry noodle soup. Craft cocktails complement the food, showcasing Thai ingredients and local distillers’ artistry.
