Branded as Prego and Friends, this two-part celebration is presented in collaboration with Bene Italian Kitchen at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. It brings together two remarkable chefs—Chef Michele Antonucci of Prego and Chef Vinsensius Aditantra of Bene—for an inspiring exploration of Italy’s rich culinary traditions.
The series begins on 30 May with a starlit garden dinner at Prego, where the warmth of Italian hospitality meets the lush serenity of Nusa Dua. Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing apéritif before indulging in a thoughtfully composed four-course menu, complemented by exquisite wine pairings from Ethica Wines. This evening captures the essence of Prego’s vibrant charm and Bene’s contemporary coastal influence—expressed through the unique synergy between Chef Michele and Chef Vinsensius.
The celebration continues on 6 June at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort’s Bene Italian Kitchen. With panoramic ocean views and a modern take on timeless Italian flavors, this evening promises a symphony of taste and storytelling—where each dish reflects the harmony of tradition and innovation, crafted with sincerity and shared with joy.
