The Ritz-Carlton, Bali will host a special culinary weekend on 23 and 24 August 2025 at Bejana, the resort’s signature Indonesian restaurant. The event brings together Chef Petty Elliott, an Indonesian culinary ambassador, and Chef Raymond Siek, Director of Culinary at the resort, for an inspiring collaboration that highlights the richness of Indonesian flavors.
The first evening will feature a vibrant Nusantara buffet, presenting beloved dishes from across the archipelago in a lively and interactive setting. Guests will be accompanied by the melodies of rindik and traditional Balinese dance, adding a cultural touch to the dining experience.
On the second evening, the chefs will present an exclusive eight-course dinner, carefully crafted to balance tradition with modern culinary artistry. Each dish reflects their shared passion for elevating Indonesian cuisine with creativity and refinement.
Adding to the celebration, Chef Petty Elliott will also host a book signing for her latest publication, The Indonesian Table, offering diners a chance to connect more closely with her culinary journey. The weekend promises to be a memorable blend of taste, culture, and artistry by the sea.
