Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort recently held a two-week Sofitelympic event to appreciate its dedicated team members. Led by the People & Culture Department, the program brought the resort community together through activities that promoted fun, fitness, and team spirit.
From 13–24 October 2025, employees from all departments joined friendly competitions in badminton, futsal, basketball, table tennis, billiards, and an Esports Mobile Legends match. The top winners received prizes, and the Food & Beverage team became the overall champion after earning the highest points.
The event ended with a lively closing ceremony at Gamelan Garden. The afternoon began with an energetic Zumba session led by Zin Ayol and continued with an upbeat performance by DJ Berlin Bintang, creating a joyful finale for all participants.
General Manager Jean-Pierre Joncas shared that recognition is most meaningful when it feels genuine and enjoyable. He noted that events like the Sofitelympic strengthen team bonds, boost motivation, and support the resort’s culture of collaboration and enthusiasm.
