With over 35 years of experience across Europe and Asia, Chef Gianni has led kitchens in top five-star hotels and renowned restaurants in cities including Jakarta, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taipei, and Manila. His expertise combines international flair with a deep respect for Ubud’s serene culture and natural surroundings.

Born and raised in Italy, Chef Gianni’s love for cooking began in his family kitchen. For him, food is a way of life. He creates dishes that are authentic, balanced, and memorable, using local and seasonal ingredients to reflect Ubud’s rich bounty. His goal is simple: offer flavours that travellers will remember long after their stay.

Chef Gianni draws inspiration from Bali’s fresh seafood, fertile volcanic soil, and vibrant local ingredients. His philosophy blends tradition with modern techniques, catering to diverse travellers, wellness-focused travellers, those with dietary or religious preferences, and lovers of Indonesian, Western, or fusion cuisine.
