February unfolds as a month of culinary storytelling at Bali Beach Hotel, The Heritage Collection and The Meru Sanur, where romance, Lunar traditions, and the spirit of Ramadhan converge in a thoughtfully curated Gastronomic Artistry program. Set along the calm shores of Sanur, the twin properties transform their signature venues, ROSO Restaurant and Arunika Restaurant, into stages for heritage-driven dining experiences that feel both celebratory and intimate.

The month opened with Valentine’s at ROSO through “Legacy of Love,” setting a romantic tone before shifting toward Lunar festivities. In welcoming the Year of the Fire Horse, ROSO presented “Warisan Pecinan,” a vibrant homage to Chinese-Indonesian culinary roots. The celebration extended beyond the table with the “Harmony & Fortune Stay” package: travellers booking a minimum three-night stay throughout February 2026 received Ang Pao Resort Credit IDR 600,000 at The Meru Sanur and IDR 300,000 at Bali Beach Hotel redeemable across dining and wellness experiences, available for stays from 1 to 28 February 2026.

From 18 February to 18 March, ROSO marks Ramadhan with “1001 Rasa,” a communal breakfasting experience priced at IDR 500,000++ per person. The menu begins with traditional tak’jil, dates, kolak, fritters, and boiled delicacies, followed by kembang goyang and rengginang with sambal Nusantara, inviting guests to gather in a spirit of reflection and abundance.
Beyond seasonal celebrations, ROSO continues its tribute to Indonesian culinary heritage with “Sajian Jawa,” a February signature presented rijsttafel-style at IDR 488,000++ per person. Dishes such as Soto Sulung, Ayam Bakar Bumbu Rujak, Bebek Carok, Rawon, and Ikan Kare are served alongside traditional vegetables and nostalgic desserts; Wingko, Getuk, and Es Cendol, creating a tableau of Java’s rich gastronomic legacy.
At Arunika Restaurant, “Imperial Flavor” offers a refined Chinese-inspired set menu rooted in balance and seasonality. Travellers may choose between Shrimp Sesame Toast or Sesame Cucumber Salad, followed by Sweet and Sour Crab Soup, then Roasted Duck or Kung Pao Chicken, before concluding with Kumquat Prosperity, a dessert symbolizing harmony and sweetness.
Through layered narratives of love, heritage, renewal, and devotion, Bali Beach Hotel, The Heritage Collection and The Meru Sanur demonstrate that in Sanur, February is not merely a month of occasions, it is a journey told through flavor, ritual, and refined hospitality.
