Born in the South of France, Chef Nicolas Isnard began his gastronomic adventure cooking alongside his Italian grandmother. Cultivating his lifelong passion for cooking, he co-owns L’Auberge de la Charme, which earned a Michelin star in 2009. He continues exploring food philosophies and creates novel flavors by combining his expert cooking skills with local produce. Currently he is traveling the globe sharing his passion for cooking as a culinary consultant.
