Featuring delicious duck liver dishes, add@Prince is excited to introduce the Duck Liver Dinner Buffet from 2 May to 30 June. Set over weekends in May and June, indulge in 10 different durian desserts, and let its fresh flavours turn your afternoon into an unforgettable one.
Smooth, savoury duck liver will be presented at an elaborate dinner buffet across May and June at add@Prince. Derek Ng, Senior Sous Chef said, “Duck liver can be cooked in different ways to present flavourful delicacies. It is adored by many gourmands because of its lingering rich and melt-in-your-mouth quality”.
Varieties of duck liver dishes are served both cold and hot dishes nightly. Cold dishes include Duck Foie Gras Terrine and Duck Liver Mousse in Puff, while Grilled Angus Beef with Foie Gras Sauce, Fried Rice with Duck Meat and Duck Liver, and Wok-fried Sliced Grouper and Asparagus with Duck Liver are offered at the hot buffet spread. With each guest enjoying a complimentary serving of Pan-fried Duck Liver with Orange Jam on Toast, indulge in the silky flavours of duck liver.
The durian themed afternoon tea buffet is back by popular demand at add@Prince. During weekends and public holidays, feast on 10 different durian desserts – the ‘King of Fruits’ – during the afternoon tea buffet. Highlights include the Durian Cream Cake, an Instagrammable treat featuring a durian shape and colour, as well as the Durian Swiss Roll with a lusciously rich and creamy durian purée filling wrapped inside a soft, fluffy cake. Other intensely-flavoured durian desserts include Durian Cheesecake, Durian Parlova, Durian Banana Pie, Durian Crème Brûlée, Durian Chocolate Tart, Durian Brownie, Durian Sago Sweeten Soup, Durian Apple Strudel, and Durian Crumb Cake.
