December 30, 2019 has become an important day for Adiwana Resort Jembawan. For the first time taking part on Tri Hita Karana Awards, Adiwana Resort Jembawan was honoured to win a gold medal on the event.
Tri Hita Karana (THK) Award is an award program managed by THK association to hotels and tourist attractions in Bali that have been accredited to implement Tri Hita Karana principles which are maintaining great harmonious relationship of spiritual, social and environmental on their business operations. This award has been endorsed by United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) since 2004 and fully supported by the Bali government.
The aim of this award is to preserve Balinese culture, history and traditions through tourism industry and it is believed to be able to improve Bali tourism products. The awards ceremony was held at the Werdhi Budaya Art Center Denpasar on 30th November 2018 with more than 100 hotels and other hospitality industries in Bali joined the event.

Tri Hita Karana (THK) is a Hindu Balinese life concept relating to three sources of harmony and balanced relations. That is, maintaining harmony between human beings and God (Parhyangan), human beings and fellow human beings (Pawongan) as well as human beings and the environment (Palemahan).
