An Intimate Evening by the Jungle at The Kelusa Ubud

The Kelusa Ubud invites couples to experience an unforgettable evening with an indulgent five-course dinner while admiring the magical views of serene Payangan rainforest. On February 14th, 2023, from 6pm to 10:30pm, guests will be treated to a culinary journey featuring luscious dishes such as Open Crab Cannelloni, Tomato Consommé, Foie Gras, Cinnamon Cured Duck and Strawberry Florentine. The dinner is priced at IDR 850,000++ per person, with wine pairings available on request. Additionally, a live jazz performance will be available to entertain guests throughout the evening.

Foie Gras

The evening will kick off with the Open Crab Cannelloni, a unique dish featuring young mango, lemongrass ginger sofrito, and tamarind. Guests will then be served a refreshing Tomato Consommé with spiced avocado, jicama, and confit tomatoes. The third course will feature a decadent Foie Gras, served with English spinach, pancetta, and truffle emulsion. The main course will be a Cinnamon Cured Duck, accompanied by caramelized onion, pumpkin puree, and sherry reduction. To top off the evening, guests will enjoy a sweet ending with the Strawberry Florentine, made with almond tuile, balsamic reduction, and ice cream.
