Apéritif is reopening the 17th of June and is celebrating by offering all
diners a 40% discount on their entire bill throughout the month of June.

Apéritif invites diners to experience new gastronomic offerings: the kitchen has been busy during the closure crafting new six- and eight-course degustation menus and a new bar menu, in addition to an a la carte menu featuring the restaurant’s most in demand dishes from the past. Patrons will enjoy the same flawless dining experience, albeit with new
hygiene and distancing procedures in place.

“We are passionate about food, obsessed with the whole dining experience. It’s our profession,” said Apéritif Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken. “These past few months have been hard on the team. But we have implemented new safety procedures to help put people’s minds at ease and feel we can now safely reopen. And it’s hard to express how truly excited the team is to get back to doing what we love.”

In addition to offering 40% off the total bill in June, Apéritif is extending the party throughout the month of July with complimentary wine pairings from their exquisite cellar.

“We can’t wait to see you walk through the doors. Myself and the whole Apéritif team are looking forward to it as much as you are,” said chef Vanderbeeken.
