General Manager Vincent Guironnet shared that Bai Yun has become a favorite destination for hot pot lovers since its opening in 2021, inspiring the team to continue innovating. Executive Sous Chef Ho Weng Kit added that the festival reflects comforting flavors he grew up with, aiming to bring people together through food during this festive season.
