Charity Dinner Hosted by Mamaka by Ovolo and Bali Children Foundation Features Top Chefs, DJ, and Fires

 Mamaka by Ovolo, Kuta’s vibrant urban resort is in collaboration with the Bali Children’s Foundation (BCF), is pleased to announce a charity dinner on 31 May 2024 at the Kuta Social Club. Themed “Fork it Over! Eat Good, Do Good, Feel Good,” this event aims to raise funds to support educational programs for upgrading school facilities in remote areas of Bali.

 

The primary objective of this event is to raise essential funds for noble mission of enhancing the educational infrastructure in remote areas of Bali. With a fundraising target set at AUD 20,000, Mamaka by Ovolo and BCF invites the community to make a significant impact by improving access to quality education for underprivileged children in Bali.

 

The charity dinner will feature a culinary extravaganza curated by three remarkable chefs: Karl Doering from Lyle’s London, Dinda Weragati from Fivelements Ubud, and Ben Harrington from Kuta Social Klub. Attendees can anticipate a feast for the senses, with  6 course of delectable dishes crafted by these culinary maestros.

 

 

The evening promises full entertainment, with live music, DJ performances, and captivating fire dances to complement the gastronomic experience.

Joel Bartlett, General Manager of Mamaka by Ovolo, shared his enthusiasm for the Charity Dinner, stating, “We are thrilled to host this special event in partnership with the Bali Children’s Foundation. Through our collaboration, we hope to support BCF’s vital programs for supporting children in Bali to have better education facilities such as school and make a meaningful difference in their lives. All funds will directly go to BCF’s program.”
