Coveted Dinner with Vasse Felix at Kayuputi

Kayuputi restaurant invites you to a coveted evening of gastronomic excellence with Vasse Felix Wine on Friday, 6 July 2018.

The coveted evening will present a 6-course degustation dinner from the award-winning Kayuputi kitchen team helmed by Executive Chef Agung Gede in collaboration with Vasse Felix Head Chef Brendan Pratt. Brendan’s international experience includes positions with Michelinstarred restaurants The Fat Duck and The Ledbury, as well as with Frasers Restaurant Group back in 2012 prior to joining Vasse Felix in 2017.

Award-winning Vasse Felix is Margaret River’s founding wine estate and was established in 1967 by regional pioneer Dr Tom Cullity. Pristine isolation, ancient lands and twin oceans make Margaret River a wine paradise and one of the world’s greatest environments to grow ultrapremium Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. These varieties, alongside Shiraz and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends, are the primary focus at Vasse Felix. All the wines are estate-grown in Vasse Felix’s four Margaret River vineyards then estate-made and bottled within its state-of-theart winemaking facility. Vasse Felix is regarded as one of Australia’s draw-card winery destinations and welcomes visitors daily for a host of wine and culinary experiences.

The elaborate menu will be paired with the finest selection of Vasse Felix wine, hand selected by Kayuputi’s sommelier. Start the evening with a pre-dinner cocktail at Kayuputi Bar at 7:00PM before dinner starts at 7:30PM.
