Soy Bean Cake Ball – Balinese spice marinated soy bean cake ball served with coconut turmeric curd comes as the canapé and it will match slightly sweet and fresh with Jepun Sparkling Rose.
Savor the Tuna Watermelon – Honey curried and herbs crusted tuna salad served with grilled watermelon, toasted sesame seed, baby greens, lemon curd and chili mayo, that will be paired with the Two Island Riesling.
