The ground floor of Ghost Kitchen & Record Bar welcomes guests into a cozy setting adorned with leather booths, a well-stocked bar, and a charming dining area accommodating up to 40 patrons. The focal point of this space is the open kitchen, where Chef Tim Stapleforth and his team work their magic with a custom wood-fired grill, infusing dishes with rich and smoky flavors that epitomize Ghost’s culinary identity.

 

 

Ascending the stairs to the second floor reveals a bright and airy space designed for intimate gatherings and sunset moments. With seating for 30 diners and an additional 20 guests at the cocktail bar and sunset balcony, this floor offers a more relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for private events or simply unwinding with friends over drinks.

One of the highlights of Ghost Kitchen & Record Bar is the dedicated corner adjacent to the bar, housing a curated collection of vinyl records and a state-of-the-art DJ booth. This corner serves as a haven for music enthusiasts, with Ghost’s rotating roster of local selectors curating captivating tunes that enhance the overall dining experience.

 

Executive Chef Tim Stapleforth, with over 15 years of culinary expertise and mentorship under iconic Chef Andrew McConnell, brings a unique blend of flavors to Ghost’s menu. Inspired by his travels and culinary journey, Chef Tim crafts dishes that marry wood-fired techniques with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, resulting in a menu that seamlessly blends Eastern and Western influences.

 

 

Jodi Langford, Ghost’s Venue Manager and Co-Owner alongside Chef Tim, plays a pivotal role in shaping the venue’s vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. With a background in leadership and a shared passion for exceptional hospitality, Jodi and Tim form a dynamic duo committed to delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
