IMM Asia 2025 Inspires a New Era of Travel Through Connection and Collaboration

TravMedia’s IMM Asia 2025 gathered leading travel media and international tourism brands at Suntec Singapore for a vibrant two-day marketplace. As the 84th edition of the global IMM series, the event facilitated thousands of scheduled meetings between over 150 journalists, editors, and content creators, and 120 top travel and tourism brands. It served as a collaborative platform to build relationships, exchange insights, and spark new story opportunities across the Asia Pacific travel landscape.

Media representatives from Greater China, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, India, and Australia engaged with destinations, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators in an immersive setting. Beyond business discussions, attendees explored fresh editorial angles and planned future media collaborations. Headline Sponsor Collinson International, owner and operator of Priority Pass, enhanced the event by showcasing its global travel expertise and airport experience network.

TravMedia Awards Asia 2025 took place during the event, recognising outstanding travel writers and PR professionals. Now in its second year in Singapore, the awards expanded to eight categories, highlighting excellence in storytelling and communications across the region. A sophisticated networking reception at the iconic Raffles Hotel Singapore added a memorable touch, bringing together industry leaders in one of Asia’s most prestigious venues.

Throughout IMM Asia 2025, BE WTR served as the official premium sustainable water partner, demonstrating how luxury and environmental responsibility can seamlessly align. Attendees experienced BE WTR’s elegant and eco-friendly approach, reinforcing the travel industry’s commitment to sustainability without compromising guest experience.

Complementing the marketplace, The TravMedia Summit on 13 October offered thought-provoking keynotes and panel discussions. Media and PR professionals gained fresh perspectives on emerging trends, storytelling strategies, and industry innovations. IMM Asia 2025 reinforced its role as the region’s premier travel media networking event, driving meaningful conversations that shape the future of travel in Asia Pacific.
