Delight in a fine selection of contemporary French cuisine at the beachfront Kayuputi restaurant curated by Chef Yoshiaki, who is also the owner of One-Michelin Star restaurant L’Archeste at 16th arrondisement in the city of Paris.
Award-winning Chef Yoshiaki puts his culinary visions into practice aided by his experience behind the stoves of many famous restaurants; including Hiramatsu (Japan & Paris), L’Arnsbourg (Alsace), L’Auberge de L’lll (Alsace) and Paul Bocuse (Lyon). There he acquired the necessary skills and knowledge before launching his own restaurant L’Archeste. In 2017, L’Archeste was honoured with a One Michelin Star by the Michelin Guide after opening its doors for 5 months.
