Caitie Younghwa Lee, originally from South Korea, began her journey in the hospitality industry in 2004 at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam, where she honed her skills in the Front Office department. With a reputation for dedication and exceptional leadership, she progressed through key roles in esteemed hotels across South Korea, before moving to Indonesia in 2016 where she served as a Cluster Assistant Director of Sales at JW Marriott & Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan.
During her tenure, Caitie’s strategic acumen significantly contributed to the properties’ success, earning her industry accolades. She continued to make an impact in Jakarta’s hospitality scene, holding pivotal positions at Mandarin Oriental and The Mayflower Jakarta – Marriott Executive Apartments, where her innovative approach elevated guest experiences.
In 2021, Caitie Younghwa Lee assumed the role of General Manager at Moxy Bandung, where her leadership steered the hotel to unprecedented achievements and new heights in service excellence.
Caitie Younghwa Lee has overseen the pre-opening phase and meticulously orchestrated preparations for the launch of Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa on 1 June 2024. “I am thrilled to become part of the Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa team and lead during this significant milestone,” said Caitie Younghwa Lee. “I am eager to bring my passion for hospitality and the expertise gained throughout my career to Lampung, aiming to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.”
