Following last year’s success, Loka Rasa promises an even more captivating experience in its second year, highlighting beloved traditional Indonesian dishes. From June 3rd to December 31st, 2024, Marriott Bonvoy restaurants across Indonesia will serve 10 authentic dishes curated by five esteemed Indonesian culinary experts. Guests can enjoy these exquisite flavors in the comfort of their rooms with in-room dining options.

 

Loka Rasa, meaning “World of Taste,” offers an immersive culinary journey, drawing inspiration from traditional cooking techniques and harmonious flavors. Embark on a culinary journey through Indonesia with Chef Wisnu Adiyatma from Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa. Delight in Nasi Goreng Kampung, a rustic fried rice dish infused with fragrant spices, succulent proteins, and vibrant vegetables, and Bihun Goreng, a stir-fried noodle dish with rice vermicelli, aromatic spices, sweet soy sauce, and beef balls for added heartiness.

At Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport, Chef John F. Tarigan offers Sop Buntut, a savory Indonesian oxtail soup slow-cooked to perfection, and Sate Ayam, a renowned chicken satay known for its bold and aromatic flavors. Chef Chiko K.
