Her career has taken shape through pivotal roles at renowned hospitality brands, most recently as the Bali–Lombok Area Training Manager. Her previous leadership at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana, and other distinguished properties has shaped her unique blend of operational insight and human-centered strategy—an invaluable strength for Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali.
Renny is widely respected for her sincere leadership style and her ability to create engaging, supportive learning spaces.
