On Friday, 28 June 2019, Kayuputi restaurant presents unprecedented gastronomic excellence with a five-course degustation menu handcrafted by award-winning Executive Chef Agung Gede and his exemplary culinary team. The exquisite menu will be paired with an exclusive selection of esteemed Valdubon Ribera del Duero wines. Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM and wines will be presented by Mrs. Ellison Harvey, representative of the brand.
The Valdubón estate sits on 100 acres of vineyard, all planted with Tempranillo. Valdubón has become one of the most respected wineries in the region, one whose dedication to producing the highest quality wines in each aging category—from the youngest Cosechas to the spicy Crianzas to the stately aged Reservas – stems from extensive attention in the vineyard. In order to garner a deep understanding of each parcel, and significant investment in technology and infrastructure the winemaking team is developing these exceptional wines.
