Raj Jadhav has been appointed as the General Manager of the first Radisson Blu property in Indonesia, the iconic award-winning clifftop resort, Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu.
He started his career in India as a young executive, and continued his pursue in hospitality industry to Dubai as Health and Safety Manager. Raj first joined the Radisson Hotels Group in 2001 in Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa Galway, Ireland, and climbed his way to the top by taking challenges in various sections from Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and eventually supervising the overall Operational departments. He achieved his General Manager title at Park Inn by Radisson in Nevsky, Russia.
Raj made his next big step in 2014, when he moved to Kenya to lead the Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa in Mombasa. After successfully attained multiple prestigious accolades for the resort, he returned to the Radisson Hotels Group as the General Manager of Radisson Lampung Kedaton, where he also responsible for the opening of the hotel.
As a detail oriented leaderwho consistently challenges himself and his team to do better, he has a hands-on approach to put into practice his experience in strategical thinking, financial advocation, property and people development in order to deliver exemplary service for hotel guests. In the unprecedented time during Covid-19 pandemic, his focus is the wellbeing of the team while ensuring the resort’s readiness to welcome the guests with new normal protocols.
Outside the hotel walls, Raj enjoys fishing and has a passion in philately which brings good memories of his childhood. His favorite collection is unique and colorful stamps from the Middle East.
