Chef Ahmad brings international experience from Indonesia, the Middle East, and Europe. His professional journey includes Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels, shaping his expertise in both classic and contemporary techniques. He has previously led culinary teams at Sheraton Belitung Resort, Bvlgari Resort Bali, Hanzo Restaurant in Copenhagen, and the Michelin-starred Kiin Kiin Restaurant.
