On 28 July 2020, the Assessors that are appointed by Bali Government Tourism Office: Ms Made Mona Risata, S.sos, Mr I Nyoman Sudana, SH.,MH.,CMTA, Mr I Wayan Sumandia, A.md, Mr Agus Suananda, CHA, and Mr I Nyoman Sudirga Yusa conducted series of assessment at Sthala Ubud Bali to ensure that the hotel is ready to welcome the global travellers and uphold high hygiene and sanitation standards. During the assessment, the Assessors inspected the front and heart of the house of Sthala Ubud Bali, reviewed the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in place in the hotel to be aligned with the standard set by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
Mr I Wayan Koster, the Governor of Bali said that hotels, resorts and all tourism industry premises in Bali are required to obtain the Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability Certification and seriously carry-out the health protocols to gain visitors trust. This certification regulation is also stated on an official letter issued by Bali Government Tourism Office dated on 1 July 2020.
