W Bali – Seminyak proudly announces an exclusive collaboration with Perrier®, featuring an extraordinary bar takeover event by the acclaimed mixologists from ZEST Seoul, a bar listed among Asia’s 50 Best Bars. This exclusive event promises an exceptional experience for cocktail enthusiasts, showcasing the innovative flair of ZEST Seoul with award-winning bartender and founder Demie Kim, alongside senior bartender Jun Choi, set against the vibrant backdrop of W Bali – Seminyak.


This highly anticipated collaboration will take place on July 6 and 7, 2024. The event kicks off on July 6 at W Lounge, starting at 6 PM. The second day features Bali’s best brunch with an added twist: a special cocktail package crafted exclusively by ZEST Seoul.

Experience the refined flavors of the exclusive cocktail menu, starting with the Peach & Tonic, a refreshing blend of gin, peach cordial, pickle, ZEST tonic water, and Perrier®. Delight in the bold Natural Long Tea, featuring Blanco tequila, mezcal, lime, grapefruit, natural coke, and Perrier®. Savor the elegance of Urban Bees, combining gin, dry sherry, second flush citrus, lavender, and Single Town Seoul honey. Finally, indulge in the unique Sikhye, a creative mix of organic rice soju, Korean spiced rum, pumpkin sikhye, milk whey, and amaro dust. Each cocktail is priced at IDR 180,000++.



Opened in the upscale neighborhood of Cheongdam, Seoul, in December 2020, ZEST marked a significant leap of faith for seasoned bartender Demie Kim, who leads the operation alongside co-founders Jisu Park, Sean Woo, and Noah Kwon. Despite initial concerns about the appeal of a sustainability-focused bar, their fears were soon allayed.


Just one year later, ZEST earned a spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list. In 2023, ZEST achieved even greater recognition, jumping a record-breaking 43 spots to become Asia’s No. 5 bar, being named the best bar in Korea, and securing the No. 18 spot on the global list — the highest new entry that year.
