Women@Hyatt Indonesia: Empowering Women, Building Communities, and Driving Change for International Women’s Day 2025

Women@Hyatt Indonesia continues its commitment to fostering women’s empowerment across Hyatt Hotels, building on past gatherings in Jakarta and now embracing International Women’s Day 2025 at Alila Seminyak. Under the theme Pioneering Change through Communities and the global call to #AccelerateAction, this event highlights the urgency of breaking barriers and advancing gender equality in all spheres of life.

Set for Friday, March 7, 2025, the gathering unites women from Hyatt Hotels in Bali, with virtual participation from Jakarta, Solo, Yogyakarta, and Makassar. An afternoon of inspiration begins with guided meditation, followed by a panel discussion led by Christiane Ferger, General Manager of Alila Seminyak. Esteemed speakers—Wayan Wirati, Sri Indrastuti S. Hadiputranto, and Heidy Zainuddin—bring diverse perspectives on wellness, sustainability, and leadership, sharing insights that empower women to embrace their strengths and drive meaningful change.

Each speaker embodies the spirit of transformation. Wayan Wirati, a Tai Chi master, integrates mindfulness and Balinese heritage to promote holistic well-being. Sri Indrastuti S. Hadiputranto champions sustainable hospitality and corporate leadership, influencing environmental and business landscapes. Heidy Zainuddin, a strategist in brand communications, advocates for women’s growth in traditionally male-dominated industries. Their stories reflect the power of resilience and collective action.

Marisa Fera, Chairwoman of Women@Hyatt Indonesia, reinforces the movement’s purpose: “By coming together, sharing experiences, and lifting one another, we create lasting impact.” As the event closes with moments of connection over coffee, the message remains clear—change begins within communities, and together, women can shape a more inclusive future.
