Located on the lobby level, Grand Café is an all-day dining Indonesian restaurant offering a fresh made-to-order buffet that emphasises local flavours and home-style dining with an interior and architecture designed to evoke the feeling of an Indonesian home.
Grand Café promises an Indonesian food adventure straight from the five live cooking stations. Specialty chefs prepare a multicultural heritage of Indonesian cuisine à la minute at the restaurant’s wok, grill, soup, steam and pastry cooking stations.
An extensive array of local comfort food is available throughout lunch and dinner buffet whilst over breakfast, a variety of international and Indonesian dishes is on offer. The restaurant’s signature dishes include Asinan Kecombrang, Sop Buntut, Soto Betawi, Rawon Daging and Nasi Goreng.
Inspired by an Indonesian home, Grand Café features several seating areas to choose from, including Courtyard / Veranda, Parlour, Dining, Lounge, Gallery, Study and Balcony. Each is unique and different from one another, and sections can be joined together to create a semi-private room. As of 1 October 2015, Grand Café is a non-smoking restaurant.
