Enjoy an intimate four-course dinner and exclusive evening of cocktails, good music, wine pairing and, of course, delicious food from renowned chefs; Surya Perdana (Executive Chef at Breeze Restaurant), Mandif Warroka (Chef Patron at Blanco par Mandif) and Arief Wicaksono (Executive Chef at K Club Ubud), featuring guest sommelier Kurniawan Eko Putro (Chairman Bali Sommelier Association).
Symphony Wine Dinner will feature menus such as Foie Grass Terrine by Executive Chef Surya Perdana pairs with Deakin Estate Viognier 2018 as a starter, the second course is a Warm Smoked Duck Breast, Pumpkin Ravioli, Beetroot by Executive Chef Arief Wicaksono pairs with Wee Angus Merlot 2018. The main course will complete with Beef Blade Crown, Squash Sphere with Foie Grass, Onion Soubise, Autumn Vegetables by Chef Patron Mandif Warokka pairs with Mitolo Serpico Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, and last but not least as dessert Executive Chef Surya Perdana will be presented Brem Pannacotta pairs with One Love by Manta Rum.
